This is a unique live edge Hawaiian monkeypod dining table we made for a client who commissioned to build a series of furniture for their new home. This is a monkeypod dining table we built a while ago. We matched the wood top with metal legs. The plain sawn monkeypod pieces were gorgeous with a lot of swirly characteristics.

Here is an example of how you can utilize local Hawaii grown monkeypod wood into a large wall unit. This 11 feet wide bookcase can accommodate a lot of books or can be used as a display shelves.

Custom vanity - white cabinets x monkeyopod countertop

Here’s a vanity we custom built a few years ago. We matched white cabinets with an organic looking monkeypod slab countertop. The result is refreshing. The rounded end (right side) was left as is to keep its organic state as intact as possible.

Custom low chair made of sapele wood in Hawaii

Here is one of two chairs we recently built in collaboration with a local artist. This is ax extremely comfortable reading chair. It was handcrafted using an African wood called Sapele.

Custom dining table chair

Here is our latest custom dining table chair we designed and built with a local artist. It is built out of sapele wood, a very stable hardwood from Africa. The hand sculpted seat adds a handcrafted touch to this exquisite chair.

Monkeypod wood table with black steel legs

Here is our latest monkeypod dining table. It is made out of dimensional monkeypod wood (all straight edges). This is a glue up of three wide boards. The table top was matched with custom black powdercoated steel legs.

Reclaimed oak coffee table

Custom media console with display shelves

Here’s our latest sapele wood media console with display shelves. The design was based on a customer’s own design. We worked closely with our client to iron out the design details. Glass shelves were utilized for an airy look and to break up the design.
