These are our most recent build. We handcrafted two cafe style nook tables for a kitchen. The Ohana intends to use this space mainly for breakfast. The compact size of these tables allow for easy in-and-out.

Big Island cedar coffee table

A unique coffee table made with a beautiful piece of Big Island cedar. This is a cross cut slab so it reveals the many growth rings on the slab.

Monkeypod wood table with black steel legs

Here is our latest monkeypod dining table. It is made out of dimensional monkeypod wood (all straight edges). This is a glue up of three wide boards. The table top was matched with custom black powdercoated steel legs.

This is our latest monkeypod slab table. It was custom built using our premium monkeypod slab for an ohana on the Windward side. Our clients always tell us how interesting the live edge feels when they run their hand along it. It’s organic form makes it a centerpiece of home.

Here is our latest round dining table. It showcases traditional wood joinery. When it comes to joinery work, precision is extremely important. The dining table was built using Hawaiian monkeypod wood. Measures 44” diameter and 28” tall.

Here is our latest monkeypod slab dining table. The client wanted something sturdy looking and we decided to build the base utilizing a wood joinery called castle joint. The lava-like wood grain on this gorgeous live edge monkeypod top is an eye catcher.

A 12 feet dining table made of a single piece Hawaiian monkeypod slab. The beauty of a slab like is this is that you can bring the outdoor inside. Live edge dining tables highlight the natural beauty of the wood slabs.

Bar height dining table

We custom designed and built this bar height dining table for a family who were looking for a table that they can not only use to dine but also to use as a standing desk. It measures L84” x D38” x H42”. The top was built using two bookmatched pieces of monkeypod slabs.

Here is an example of a restaurant style table handcrafted right here in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this case a bar height iiron base was matched with a local Hawaiian monkeypod wood top.

Koa side tables

Koa side tables with a shelf. Designed and handcrafted by furniture maker Satoshi Yamauchi, in Honolulu, Hawaii. These are made of all solid koa wood from the big island. The details on these tables give them a European feel.
