Koa dining table
This exquisite live edge Hawaiian koa slab table is made from 100% Big Island koa wood. The widest part of the table top measures 44″, narrowing down to 33″ on the opposite end. This wide koa slab is an extremely rare find. Our client and our team flew into Big Island to look for and select the slab.
The base is inspired by the historically relevant George Nakashima’s dining table. We’ve redesigned it with rounded and tapered leg posts as well as the arch. These small design details allows for a big difference to the design making this table very elegant. The arch also helps create a durable structure, making it an extremely stable dining table.
