He studied woodworking in Gifu city and then trained in Hida Takayama, a city known for its wood furniture industry in Japan. His speciality is in fine wood furniture such dining tables, live edge tables, coffee tables, beds, consoles and more.
Satoshi enjoys utilizing traditional woodworking methods while incorporating modern designs. All of the work is custom designed and built to order. Satoshi has been making custom furniture for those on Oahu and other islands, looking for more than just a furniture from a store.

No two slabs are the same, therefore creating a piece of custom heirloom furniture. Choice of species and base material creates appeal, ranging from the contemporary spectrum to the rustic. You have a wide range of choice from monkeypod slabs, koa slabs, mango slabs to other local Hawaiian and non-local slabs. If you are looking for a slab table, please inquire about our in-stock slabs.
