Hawaiian Koa Slab Table

This exquisite Hawaiian koa slab table is made from 100% Big Island koa wood. The widest part of the table top measures 44″, narrowing down to 33″ on the opposite end. This wide koa slab is an extremely rare find. The base is inspired by the historically relevant George Nakashima’s table. The rounded leg posts and the arch make this table elegant. Headboard and closet doors

Our customer has recently sent us some photos of their newly decorated bedroom. The designer’s taste really shows. The white, green, brown, grey color palette really ties in well in this ocean front condo in Waikiki. The headboard and closet doors are made of sapele wood, stained to a “koa”-like color, finished in satin lacquer.

Koa burl table

One day a client came into our shop with his koa burl slab. We’ve never seen anything like it and was very excited to be working on it! Curly maple and koa dining table

Here is a dining table that was built in collaboration with our intern, George Nakamoto. It is made of curly maple with koa accents. The table features various curves including its table base, horizontal support and the top outline. It has been finished with semi gloss lacquer for that extra sheen this table deserves.
